Mark Tumason
When Mark was in his teens, he apprenticed with a master craftsmen/builder who instilled a love of the details and the vision to see a project through from start to finish. Mark graduated from MSU with a BS in Civil Engineering and worked for many years at an engineering/construction firm where he became a project manager on large scale domestic and international projects. In 2015, he received recognition from Engineering News Record (ENR) as “Top 20 under 40” in the Pacific Northwest Region.
Having acquired a valuable skillset for managing projects from start to finish; Mark has been very excited to transition from the large scale, high profile projects back to smaller more intimate residential/commercial projects.
Mark is now currently certified as a PASSIVE HOUSE TRADESPERSON and supporting the knowledge of a: healthy, comfortable, net zero ready, efficient home!
Rebecca Fahrner
Rebecca has a background in fine art and design. She graduated from SCAD with a BFA and has received awards for her art and designs, in Atlanta, GA and Lacoste, France. Having grown up with a builder for a father, she learned early on the magic of creating spaces. She loves seeing the process unfold from foundation to the interior finishes. She enjoys finding the balance between functional spaces and pushing boundaries (and her husband) to inspire all the senses. Her artistic aesthetic tampered by a practical understanding of the building process gives way to a unique take on space.
